2. Services Offered
We provide selected appliances such as ACs, fridges, washing machines and LED TVs on rental basis, subject to availability, service location, verification approval and business policies.
3. Eligibility
To rent a product from us, you must provide accurate personal information, a valid contact number, correct address details, and required KYC documents. We reserve the right to approve or reject any booking request at our sole discretion.
4. Booking and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through the website does not guarantee order confirmation. Bookings are confirmed only after product availability, delivery location, and document verification are completed.
We may contact you for additional verification or clarification before final approval.
5. Rental Duration
Rental plans are generally available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. The selected duration applies from the approved rental start date and may be extended only upon approval and product availability.
6. Pricing and Security Deposit
Rental charges, deposits, installation charges and any applicable fees will be shared at the time of booking or shown on the website. Prices may vary depending on the product, plan and service area.
A refundable security deposit may be required and will be handled according to our inspection and return policy.
7. Payment Terms
Customers must pay applicable rental charges, deposit and approved service charges on or before the agreed due date. Delay in payment may result in penalties, service suspension, pickup action or cancellation of the rental agreement.
8. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, address verification and service area coverage. Installation support may be available for selected products and may be included or separately charged depending on the plan.
Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and ready for appliance installation where required.
9. Product Use and Care
The rented appliance must be used responsibly and only for lawful personal or business purposes. Customers are expected to handle the product carefully and avoid misuse, unauthorized repair, tampering, resale, sub-renting or relocation without prior approval.
10. Damage, Loss and Repair
Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, severe damage or misuse of the rented product during the rental period. Normal wear and tear may be treated differently from negligent or intentional damage.
In case of technical issues, customers should report the problem through the support process instead of attempting self-repair.
11. Service and Maintenance
Service support may be available during the rental period according to the selected plan and service policy. Maintenance coverage does not include damage caused by customer misuse, negligence or unauthorized modifications.
12. Renewal and Extension
Customers may request renewal or extension of their rental plan before the end of the active period. Approval depends on product availability, account status, payment history and company review.
13. Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation requests may be subject to timing, product movement, installation status and applicable charges. Return scheduling must be coordinated through our support team.
Final refund of any applicable deposit is subject to inspection of the appliance and settlement of dues, damages or pending charges.

15. User Conduct
